Return Eligibility

Most merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided that:

• The item has not been worn, used, or washed
• It is returned in its original condition
• Original tags and packaging are included

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance merchandise
• International orders
• Personalized or custom-made products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so our team can assist you as quickly as possible.

Refund Methods

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout.

Where available, store credit may be offered as an alternative refund option.

Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

Starting a Return

To begin a return, email contact@bitcoinsports.network with your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return. Our team will provide next steps and return instructions.

Unless otherwise noted, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email confirming the outcome.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, though timing may vary depending on your payment provider.

Sale Price Adjustments

We do not offer refunds or credits for items that are later marked down or included in a promotion after purchase.

Optional Return Protection

If return protection is offered and selected during checkout, eligible return shipping costs may be covered. Orders without return protection can still be returned under this policy, but return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
